consider this to be a legal and binding contract. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer for the sum of

The Buyer agrees to take good and reasonable care of this dog, feeding of a nutritional food,
and house said dog properly, secure yard from traffic and other dangers, provide needed
medical treatment, immunizations and worming, flea and tick protection as needed, and give
or secure the best of attention to this dog’s physical & emotional welfare.

Buyer is asked to purchase and feed to said dog NuVet Plus Vitamin Supplements on a daily
basis and to purchased only under Code number 92027. Place to purchase these supplements

the purchase instructions. Please also view the testimonies and know that this product is 100%
money back guaranteed but under contract to keep this dog on these supplements.

In the event that the Buyer wishes to sell this dog at a later date, the Seller will have a
24 hours right of first refusal. It is also agreed that if the Buyer decides to have this dog killed for
reasons other than illness or injury, or to leave this dog at the Pound or Humane Society,
Chow Rescue or dumping off anywhere, he will offer to return said dog to the Seller first without
charge and provide this dogs AKC papers and medical files.

If this dog is returned to the Seller for any reason, the signed AKC registration or application for
registration and signed supplemental transfer form transferring ownership to the Seller will
accompany him.

If said dog is sold to another person at a later date, and after offering first to breeder/seller, the
buyer will screen new buyer carefully to assure good home/environment for said dog.

The Seller shall be entitled to repossess this dog if evidence is provided that this dog is receiving
inhumane treatment. If such a condition is not corrected within fifteen days after the Seller gives
notice, the Seller shall be entitled under the terms hereof to repossess said dog and obtain full
ownership thereof and no refund of any amount that has been paid to the Seller shall be returned.
The 15-day window is void in severe circumstances.

No guarantees of any type are offered or implied by this contract except those that are specifically
so stated. No money will be refunded in whole or in part. There is no guarantee that any cream or
dilute colored puppy will have a black nose and if the puppy has a black nose that it will stay black.

No guarantee's that this said dog is show quality unless sold on a show contract or specifically
stated so in "additions".

This dog is sold in good health with all vaccinations current. If a veterinarian issues a written
statement stating that said dog is not in good health, this dog may be returned to the Seller
with in forty eight hours of the time of receipt and the Seller will replace this dog with another
of approximately the same quality and sex as soon as one becomes available. Please have a
health check from your veterinarian within 48 hours.

Majesty Chows has a great history with good eyes. We have been careful for generations to
eliminate eye problems with our breeding program. Eye problems can just show up or be caused
when it could have been eliminated please read (both linked from our links page)

The Seller guarantees this dog’s adult bite to be scissors or level, hips to pass OFA until 3 years of
age and against any congenital disability that would make this dog unworthy for breeding or show
that is evident by 1 year of age unless otherwise stated. Congenital defects other than hips
passing OFA applies to puppies sold for breeding and showing and sold on an open registration.
We guarantee all hips, including companion puppies. This guarantee is void if said Chow is bred
before OFA's have been done or puppies going as companions are bred.

Puppies purchased on limited AKC registration agree to spay or neuter puppy by 6 months of age.

This guarantee is void if companion Chows has been used for any breeding purposes. If any of the
above mentioned conditions are found, the Buyer will furnish written proof of such a condition
to the Seller along with a certificate of spaying or neutering and the Seller will replace this dog
with another of approximately the same quality and sex when one becomes available without an
y additional cost to the Buyer except for shipping fees, if any. Said dog may be required for second
opinion by another veterinarian at Buyers expense before guarantee or arrangements apply.

The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller has provided all immunization schedule/records, worming
treatment, any medical/vet records if any and previous diet information.

The buyer agrees that MAJESTY will be the first seven letters of this puppies registered name.
Buyer agrees if this dog is used for breeding, all safe and reason-able terms will apply - including
careful screening to who this dog is bred too. We have worked hard to not have genetic problems
in our lines and do not wish for our chows to be connected to Chows that are not genetically sound.
Buyer acknowledges that AKC records will be made and sent to name and address on this contract.
If this dog is used for breeding purposes on a limited registration no guarantees of any kind apply
from seller.

Additional Terms: (If so state - If no additional terms apply state no additional

terms apply. Additional terms override all terms in this contract.
