PUPPY FORMULA

4 oz – unsweetened evaporated milk

1 TBS – light Karo syrup

1 Egg Yolk - *optional

1 Drop of Baby Vitamins

This recipe was provided by the Silverton Oregon Veterinarian.

*Most breeders agree it is wise to not give young puppies the egg yolk. The Karo syrup helps the puppies want the milk and helps to eliminate the chance of constipation. Some breeders give honey to their puppies but us and others believe it is very risky the same as human babies the risk of botulism from the bacterial spores.

The vitamin is 1 drop and not 1 dropper.
